VI INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE OF STUDENTS AND YOUNG SCIENTISTS

“UNIVERSITY SPORT: HEALTH AND PROSPERITY OF THE NATION”

 

Dear colleagues!

  On behalf of the International Association of Physical Education and Sport Universities we invite bachelor’s, master’s degree students, postgraduates, doctoral candidates of your university (academy, institute) to take part in the International scientific conference of students and young scientists “University sport: health and prosperity of the nation” which will take place on April 25-27, 2016 on the basis of Moscow State Academy of Physical Education.

MAIN GUIDELINES OF THE CONFERENCE

1. Student sports movement: experience, problems, and prospects.

2. Medico-biological aspects of the health, fitness and sports activity.

3. Theoretical and methodical, psychological and pedagogical aspects of physical education and sport.

4. Social and economic, philosophical, historical and humanitarian aspects of physical education, sport, tourism and service.

5. Organizational and administrative aspects of physical education and sport.

 

Form of the conference:

Plenary and section sessions, presentations, round tables are supposed to be held within section meetings.

For the correspondence participants – only the publication of material of the report in the conference proceedings.

 

Report duration:

– the plenary report – 20-25 min.

– the section report – 10-15 min.

– the poster presentation– 5 min.

– round table report– 10 min.

 

Conference languages:

Russian, English.

 

 

Cost of participation and payment procedure:

Registration fee for internal participation in the conference (for 1 person) is 6 000 rub. 

The registration fee includes: accommodation (MSAPE hostel or “Malakhovka”  resort), food (MSAPE canteen, “Malakhovka” resort canteen), conference proceedings, excursion program.

Fare and other overhead costs are at the expense of the sending organizations.

 

Registration fee for correspondence participation in the conference (for 1 person) is 1000 rub.

The registration fee without participation includes: sending the electronic and printed version of the conference proceedings to the author.

Payment forms: non-cash payment by the postal (bank) transfer, or by cash at the Academy’s cash desk in day of registration (having the passport).

Submit application until March 31, 2016.

Acceptance of the materials of articles – until April 05, 2016

Acceptance of organization fee of

internal/correspondence participation – until April 10, 2016.

 

Requirements to the execution of the materials

Conference proceedings with assignment of the ISBN identifier will be published after the conference. Materials are accepted only in electronic form, issued with observance of the following requirements:

• materials are accepted in Russian or in English;

• existence of the summary up to 120 words is obligatory, as well as keywords.

• materials are accepted up to 5 pages in the A4 format;

• text processing program Word 2000/2007 XP; A4 format; Times New Roman font; text size 12; single spacing, indent from the first line (paragraph) – 1,25 cm;

• margin: top, lower, right, left – 2 cm;

• the text of article has to contain: introduction (topicality), purpose, tasks, research methods, results of the research and their discussion, conclusions and list of references (if is available);

• the text can include figures and tables (no more than three). It is necessary to specify their arrangement in article by links, for example – fig. 1, fig. 2, tab.1, and attach the files with the  images under the same name in the formats .doc, .pdf, .bmp, .jpg in the form of application and materials;

• the scanned copy of the payment order is attached in the form of application and materials in the format .pdf, .bmp, .jpg.
